CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUND

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have a complicated returns policy and rest assured that we will help you to our best effort.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order on the website by mailing us at contact[at]rivieracloset.com. Cancellations will not be possible after this time period. However, you can always return your purchase – refer to our Returns Policy below.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund. Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt the product and notifying by email to us at contact[at]rivieracloset.com, un-used with tags still on, in the original brand packaging (if applicable) and must not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items as below. 

Please note that due to hygiene reasons and suppliers' limitations, the following products are excluded from our return policy, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Beauty products
  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Handkerchiefs
  • Hosiery
  • Socks
  • Toiletries
  • Undergarments

 

 

Returns Checklist

  • Is item within 7 days of receipt?
  • Are the tags still intact on the items?
  • Are the items in the same condition as when it was received?
  • Is the item still in its original brand packaging e.g. shoe box?
  • If your initial mode of payment was via Bank Transfer? Do have your preferred bank details ready on hand! 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes, you would have to pay for shipping. We do our best to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Usually it takes 3-5 working days. After receiving the product in our warehouse and the item meets the return criteria, we would process the refund.

 

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

  • If you paid using Credit Card or Paypal, the refund will be made to your Credit Card or Paypal account.
  • For bank transfer refund option, please provide the following details on the return slip:
  1. Full name:
  2. Account no.:
  3. Account type: e.g Savings
  4. Bank code:
  5. Branch code:
  6. Swift Code: for international account
